Super weird and sketchy experience trying to schedule an appointment here after getting a Groupon. The woman claimed I’d already seen her (I haven’t…) and told me to get a refund through Groupon and then send her the money directly instead of using the Groupon voucher for the massage. Obviously this made me uncomfortable, so I just got a refund and didn’t continue to engage with her. Not sure what kind of scam she’s running, just odd.

Purchased a Groupon for this place in November and was canceled on on three times since then. I decided to quit wasting my time making appointments that weren't going to happen and contacted Groupon for a refund. Now I'm stuck with Groupon bucks because too much time had passed to get a refund. *Edited* After a week of fighting with groupon, I was able to get a refund after disputing the charge with my credit card company.

I was very pleased with my massage yesterday. I was so relaxed during and after and Jarrett checked several times to ensure how I was feeling. Jarrett was very responsive when I set up my appointment and sent text reminders as my date got closer. I'm happy to recommend her services.

One star is too much! What a sham! Purchased massages on Groupon to give this place a try. Making an appointment was a struggle. Jarret is very unresponsive! Finally made an appointment and she pulled a NO SHOW! When she finally returned my texts and vm, she texted me some lame excuse. Proceeded to make another appointment, and she canceled on me a few hours before. Lost all faith and trust in her! Definitely do NOT recommend!

Horrible. I had an appointment here and the lady pushed back the time, and when it was 10-15 mins from the appointment she cancelled. She rescheduled an appointment without talking to me about it to see if i was available. So I end up scheduling a new appointment 2-3 weeks out and then she cancels an hour before the appointment again. I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you want to waste your time and money cause she will cancel on you.
