I just began a Mind/Body/Spirit experience with Mandy and Kristin - our goal is to get me moving more and reducing stress related to just daily life. I really like the idea of carving out six months to learn from them and try a variety of modalities. So far I am impressed with the entire process and hope to really show great progress over the next several months. This is a great local resource.
