The warm massage table keeps you comfortable while she works her magic. The right amount of pressure can gently relax your body and in my case put you to sleep. The drive through the trees was a nice way to get in the right headspace prior to my arrival. I knew I was in need of some myofacial release but I didn’t realize just how much. I must have had a lot of toxic build up because I felt the “myofacial sickness” that comes with this type of massage which has mostly subsided with water, rest, and time for my body to flush out those toxins. However, Sharon worked on all my problem areas and then some. I’ve told my husband several times today how good I feel and how I can’t even feel the usual consistent pain in my lower back and shoulders. I am extremely happy with my experience and looking forward to my next visit.
