Bay Clinic Pediatrics

Truly unbelievable incompetence. It has been over two months now and no word on my lab results. They send the same order 4 times instead of the 4 different labs my Dr. requested. Then they wont contact me about the one lab they did receive results for. I've called countless times. Each time I receive assurance theyre looking into it and then more weeks go by with nothing. Gross negligence and I am shocked they havent been served a lawsuit yet.

I arrived for my appointment and waited 20 minutes just to be checked in, even though there was no line. During that time, a staff member was on the phone. Another patient arrived and was checked in before me, despite my waiting the entire time, which is unacceptable. To make matters worse, a patient was brought back 7 minutes before my scheduled appointment, indicating overbooking and putting undue pressure on the doctor. These delays shorten appointments and can compromise patient safety. The clinic needs to improve its check-in process and scheduling practices.

Pediatrics: I cannot recommend Dr. Charles Toledo highly enough as our boys' pediatrician. His kindness and approachability make each visit a positive experience. He genuinely listens to all of my concerns, no matter how small, and addresses them thoughtfully. With three boys, we often have a lot of questions, but he remains calm and personable throughout. We feel blessed to have him as our pediatrician. OB/GYN I am incredibly grateful to have had Dr. Kolbinsky as my obstetrician during my pregnancy. From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable and valued by taking the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Her willingness to listen and address my concerns was truly reassuring. Injured on the job and was told my insurance was only good here. Problem is they don't know the rules so my case got denied, I lost my house and spent the next 7 years trying to get treatment, disability and housing. I won everything but I am still homeless and still need medical treatment. I would trust these people to wash their hands. Their mistakes totally destroyed my life.

I had Dr. Growth and my baby had Dr. Brooke. I absolutely love both of them! They were both wonderful, they really adress every concerns I had about myself and my baby. Dr. Growth is going retirement but he was so wonderful, I have nothing bad to say about this man. Dr. Brooke was always there to assure me about my baby, I recommend her %100. We had to move so we don't have her as a provider anymore which is sad, I don't think we'll find someone as great as her
