Fred Meyer Pharmacy

They have the most aggravating computer system to answer the phone! The people are great wish they could just have a human answer the phone!

Worst pharmacy in town. If you give them 48 hours notice on a refill and request your prescriptions be filled so you can pick it up after work, be ready to wait in store for an hour anyway. If they run out of your medication, they won't tell you. In the exact words of the pharmacy tech: "oh well we can't just call everybody." I won't be going back to the store for any reason.

I have been using this pharmacy for almost 10 years. They are always nice and helpful to me. I can call in my prescriptions at night and pick them up the next day. These days, all pharmacies are overloaded, but with the closing of BiMart pharmacies, all others have been slammed. The Fred Meyer staff are busy, yet are always pleasant and helpful.

Very kind and helpful. The staff is always so busy and hard at work yet still stay patient and are knowledgeable. They've gone above and beyond when an Rx is needed urgently.

Could use some work on the call back once prescriptions are ready 😔. Waited there, then was asked to wait for a call when it's ready. 2 days later I find out they have been ready, yet no call at all. Folks usually need the prescription they are filling, without having to harass the pharmacy. All other areas of the Coos Bay Fred Meyer have been awesome though.
