I would like to thank the Pediatric Advanced Care Team for the postcard they sent and received today in memory of my baby Ali Osman. Thank you for rembering our baby and think of us. This means a lot for us. Happy holidays!

Went to the ER as instructed, and the doctor completely dismissed our concerns stating "it is what kids do". My daughter is having seizures like symptoms. Ran tests but didn't seem to want to go into it further when we are highly concerned about my daughter. Dr. Tina Dhebaria, she did not take us seriously and I was disappointed with our visit. I understand it was a life or death situation but something is going on and we want to get together the bottom of it. She didn't even perform a full exam on my daughter, she came in and already jumped to conclusions that she thinks it is a tic but also didn't 100% rule out epilepsy. Absolutely terrible experience with her. However the staff were wonderful and caring. I think this doctor needs to work on her bedside manner.

Cannot say enough positive and wonderful things. The ER stuff discovered my sons cancer, and the pediatric ICU doctors, nurses & surgeons were all on-point & kind as we unexpectedly stayed in hospital for weeks, and the pediatric oncology team were BEYOND amazing and on top of everything. Have to give a special acknowledgment to the pediatric oncology team Dr. Scerbo, Dr. Silverman, Marianne, and Lacey that have been there with all hands on deck since my son’s diagnosis. They weren’t just proficient & professional, but they were always accessible when we had questions & treated us like family and looked after my son like their own. What we appreciated most is that they cared for our son so much that they consulted with Chop to make sure my son had the best outcome; no egos. Thank you ag

Doctors and Nurses were great. Always made sure my son was doing ok during our 4 day stay. ER staff were also amazing.

4 months after my daughter was misdiagnosed at 17 with diverticulitis at bayshore medical, she was having pain again. Took her to Jersey shore medical who said it’s acute appendicitis and she needed her appendix removed. Great experience from beginning to end. Yes, ER time was long, Ct scan also, I guess thats normal for an ER but after my daughter was admitted everything just flowed. Nurses room 270A 10/17 Marlene, Emily and Kylee were excellent!! Couldn’t have asked for better care. Nurse Emily even went the extra mile to assist with getting my daughters nose ring back in because I’m blind as a bat ❤️. Thank you ladies for such excellent care. Dr Mcquire was fantastic, very thorough when explaining the details regarding my daughters procedure. I am forgetting a few names who popped
