Horrible experience with this doctor. I have a video of exactly what happened. After her nurse went off on me for telling them they never helped me with depression meds. I started recording & I shared it with the hospital she worked at in Alabama. I simply asked for depression meds but was told she won't write me a script. I would have to be evaluated somewhere else to get it. But wrote me scripts for anxiety meds that made me sick & it was in my chart from her I have an anxiety disorder which i dont so go figure. Then before I was having my bariatic surgery & needed her to sign off on it she literally held the paper over my head telling me she doesn't have to help me. She did however refer me to a cardiologist like i asked to have my heart looked at before surgery. She got back the pape
