Hiram Dental Group and Orthodontics

I had a terrible experience at Hiram Dental Group #2. The staff was rude and unprofessional. The person who took my X-rays was aggressive, and I could hear staff members talking badly about other patients during my visit. To make matters worse, a screen placed in front of me displayed other patients’ personal information, which raised serious privacy concerns. The dentist was also rude and dismissive. I was told my dental records would be sent to me, but they never were. When I called to retrieve them, the staff was once again rude, and I had to go to the office in person. The individual who spoke to me disrespectfully over the phone refused to come to the front. This office lacks professionalism, respect, and proper handling of patient information. I would not recommend this location.

This was my first time visiting Hiram Dental Group and I had such a great experience! From the moment I walked in, everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Nicole was amazing, she had great conversation, was very kind, and explained everything thoroughly so I understood what was going on. She even helped me set up a payment arrangement that actually works with my budget, which I really appreciate. The hygienist was also wonderful and went in depth with explanations, which made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the whole process. Dr. Faulkner and the entire team are truly incredible. I left feeling cared for and confident about my dental health. I’ll definitely be coming back. -Kristina ♥️

The Dr I saw gave me a choice as to wait and see if my problem would correct itself or remove it. He gave me (2) weeks to decide . He made an appointment for two week. I can cancel at any time if need be.I love this guy. Dr.Salman great.

This was the absolute best dental experience I have ever had. I do NOT like to go to the dentist but this office made it a very relaxed, and calming experience. I felt like everyone was very knowledgeable and made sure I knew what needed to be done and what was going on. I will be returning and referring.

A special thank you to Ashley C., the benefits coordinator, for walking me through the in-house payment options so clearly and kindly it truly made the process stress-free and affordable. I also want to commend Dr. Flaunker for his professionalism and thoroughness in preparing me for my upcoming surgery. I feel confident and at ease knowing I’m in such capable hands.
