The reviews intrigued me which is why I chose to call this office to ask a few questions before scheduling my first time appointment to ensure the process would run smoothly prior to scheduling. I reached the customer service center. Understandable because most offices use this method for scheduling appointments however, I spoke with a woman by the name of Michelle who was unable to assist me with these questions (insurance related). This again was understandable because her job was to schedule appointments only. I requested to be transferred to the office so I could speak with someone there who would be able to assist me, and this is when my experience went from positive to negative. I was met with attitude. This place is amazing! If you are looking for a good dentist, you gotta try the team at Hiram Center for Family Dentistry! The entire experience was phenomenal in customer service and support. The staff from the front to the back are friendly and professional. They made sure I was taken care of, explained everything with kindness, and really made me feel like they cared. Thank you everyone at HCFD!

Very quick and efficient shieka and kim handled me with sooo much care and professionalism. They where very kind and explained everything down to the math. And I was treated with so much kindness and care from dajah before leaving. Dr Patrick was nice ☺️ 10 out of 10 as usual.

I have been a loyal patient of this practice for over nine years, and my insurance coverage has not changed once. While I experienced no issues in May 2025, a discrepancy arose in December when my insurance was billed incorrectly, resulting in a charge significantly higher than my usual responsibility. I have attempted to contact your billing department on eight separate occasions by leaving voicemails (it won't let you even try to speak to a real person) and then receiving only one return call following my fourth message. I am STILL waiting on a return call clarifying if they have rectified the situation on their end. Edit : Less than 7 hours after posting this, I received another billing statement (not corrected) and have yet to receive a response to any of the messages I have left.

The wait times for new patient appointments are ridiculous. Nevertheless, I did wait, having scheduled my appointment months in advance. Then, I get a call the day before the appointment asking me to reschedule. I will take my business to a more reliable practice. My husband and I both have simply been unable to use their services for one reason or another. It shouldn't be this difficult.
