The staff here have been nothing but competent, kind, responsive & have gone out of their way in providing my child’s care, especially the Behavioral Health Unit staff. greatly appreciate their care. compassion & humanity.

Between the completely rude and inconsiderate staff, the inability to diagnose even the most basic of issues, the complete lack of compassion or empathy for their patients, the fact that you can plainly hear staff talking about intimate, private medical histories at any given time out on the open where everyone can hear, and false information they chart during triage due to being too lazy to actually ask 80% of the questions they're supposed to... it's a wonder that place hasn't been shut down and sued into oblivion. I wouldn't trust them to treat a headache. Please avoid this sham of a hospital if you want to have any semblance of privacy, consideration, or actual care.

WORST hospital you could ever go to! There are very few nice staff members and trust me they will talk about you in the hall with their coworkers. This place is a joke for real. If it is an emergency do not go there especially the emergency department (you will sit there for at least 4-5 hours). Poor people in the rooms are screaming for nurses because they are in so much pain and the nurses sit at the nurse station and laugh. Also definitely don't expect your nurse call light to actually make a nurse come in there (they ignore it). It's always filthy! You will sit in pain for at least 8 hours before someone actually acknowledges you. This place is a mess. I would rate it lover if I could!

Great ER Staff, had 6 stroke in my abdominal cavity, 4 in my brain. My papaw is actually writing this review because i cant move my right hand anymore. Aaron Carter came out to the parking lot and got me out of the car, basically packed me in on his back. I dont know if i would be alive today without him.
