Not good at calling in refills when there needed, and getting messages back to you. My son is now getting congested in his nose once again like before because they haven’t called in his refill on his second allergy medicine which I called the other day and today for them to call in but they still haven’t I’m very upset. Because they’ve done this before the last time he went without his second allergy medicine he got sick he has to have his allergy medicine both of them.

The doctors are always friendly and helpful. They explain things fully, and try to make sure any meds are covered by our insurance. So happy we have them close to home.

Worse ever. Had an appointment, drive an hour, wasting gas and leaving work early to be told there are two kids a head of us, and the dr left like 30 mins prior. And they couldn’t be bothered to call!!!!!!!! Worse service!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nn

Not a fan of their new location across from food city... it's like trying to find a closet in an old hospital, long hallways, lots of turns in a space way way too big for a pediatrician to be tucked away in there somewhere*confusing*.... lobby was empty and yet we waited 2 hours for a few shots... they were more organized at the previously location...

This place has the best peds doctors. Even if you don't see the same doc everytime your kids are in patient, caring very thorough hands.
