PMC Primary Care and Urgent Care Clinic

My fiancé had been very sick, her cardiologist recommended that she get a COVID test. I called and ask did they do rapid COVID tests, they replied yes. She went in and ask for a test and they said they would do one, then sent her out to the car to wait for a room to open up. We sat in my car for hours until finally they called and said they had a room and was ready for her. She went in to the room and was informed that they were no longer doing rapid COVID tests for the day, it was to late for them now. They said that they would do a upper respiratory panel and she could call back in the morning and get the results from it. Frustrated, she agreed that was fine. We just wanted to know what was going on with her..called the next morning and was informed it would be the evening before the res

My 2 year old was diagnosed with RSV had been coughing so hard he puked multiple times a day. I took myself and my son back to PMC after hours clinic, expecting at the very least for a doctor to listen to his breathing. But no, neither the nurse nor the dr evaluated us, of course nurse done intake. But he asked me what I needed, tile me my son was plenty healthy, he had puke on his shirt still and THE MONEY HE IS PAID TO EVALUATE he couldn’t even do it. So I called PMC crying but it was to late and I didn’t get a call back for a couple days and today I receive this letter and I am so upset AGAIN. I honestly don’t know why I would expect anything different. But PMC is wrong, I never complained of a sore throat, he never mentioned ANYTHING about tyelonel or water about myself and I asked him

I'm from out of state & had an accident hiking the Red Fox trail that ended with a dislocated shoulder. All the girls there were very friendly. They got me in, took some Xrays, and told me I'd have to head to the ER to get it put back in place. They were so nice & even let the ER know I was heading that way. I was in & out so quickly. Fingers crossed 🤞 I won't need Urgent care next time I'm in the area but, if I do this is the place I'll be coming to. 🙂

Very good experience here. All the staff and nurses I saw was friendly. I seen a Matt Potter, I believe was his name and he was awesome! Listened to what I needed and didn’t try and rush me off or anything. Very very happy with this place!

This place has misdiagnosed 2ppl in my family...telling my daughter that she had herpes on her hand and to keep it covered due to it being highly contagious.....which in turn made it terribly worse developing a secondary infection when it wasn't herpes at all...they are giving diagnosis with absolutely no testing to support it...I wouldn't take my dog there
