Highland Pediatrics

I highly reccomend Highland Pediatrics. The staff is attentive and wonderful to work with no matter what the situation. Doctors and nurses go above and beyond to make sure your children get the best care. We love Dr. Albertson, he is so kind, passionate and knowledgeable. He trusts mom's instinct and I always feel supported even if the problem is small.

I usually have a great experience there. It is always busy so I expect to wait but today when the NP finally got to us, she was rushing. Did not care about my concerns, told me call early intervention that's all we can do. Eventhough I explained that I have and they told me my child doesn't qualify and she just said well call again. And left the room. I waited over an hour, for her to come into the room just for her to give me 2 minutes of her time.

We called for guidance on a rash yesterday as we traveled back from vacation. The nurse called me back with advice before the end of their day and scheduled us for an appointment the next morning. All is good. Grateful for the quick turnaround time and handled our concern with care.

My review is for MaryBeth Hoppe-Coakley NP @Highland Pedi. I just want to personally thank her for the years of personalized care that she has provided to my son. She has been his NP since birth, through all the shots, sicknesses, school struggles, and growing pains. He is at the point where he will be phased out at Highland soon due to age and I am truly sad to say goodbye to Marybeth. In my many years of dealing with care providers, there is not a single provider I have ever met that has had an impact on my family the way she has. Again, I thank you for the 20 years we have been acquainted and for your guidance and care over these two decades.

I cannot speak highly enough about Highland Pediatrics. All the doctors/NPs we’ve seen are wonderful. They are thorough, listen carefully, and explain things clearly. They go out of their way to ensure that our kids are healthy and to address any of our concerns. This week one of the doctors called just to check in on how our little one was doing after her visit. We’ve called to get an urgent sick visit multiple times, and they always fit us in. They’re prompt with their paperwork and helpful by phone. The nurses also give great advice over the phone. It’s been a rough sick season, and I am just so grateful we found Highland!
