High Line Orthodontics

Posting this because I wish I could have found a similar review. If you have a complicated case or need real specialized care, Dr. Pompei is the doctor for you. She is treating my daughter with an exceptionally complicated orthodontic journey and doing so with a ton of care, compassion, and calm. She is going above and beyond for our family and we are so fortunate to be in her care.

This place is amazing. The entire staff is so pleasant. We've had the best experience with my now-almost-17-year old who is getting his braces off today. Yes he's complained about all the usual things teens complain about with braces but he also looks forward to the visits because it's such a warm, caring group. Dr. Pompei is patient, thorough, gentle, and explains everything clearly. She is really a gem. So grateful to all of you.

Dr. Pompeii and her staff are wonderful. The estimated length of treatment given day 1 was exactly right, and she and her staff were friendly and accomodating at every step. They truly put me at ease in what could have been a stressful process. The outcome of my treatment was perfect and has had a huge impact on my life and will continue to do so going forward. I'm so glad I came to High Line Orthodontics, and would recommend it to anyone! Huge thanks to Dr. Pompeii and her team for my new, jaw-pain free life!

I highly recommend this office. Dr Pompei is the best orthodontist in the world. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and her attention to detail is amazing. From the first day in this office you are treated with respect and professionalism. All of the staff is very good and you feel very welcome. I put off braces for many years but she transformed my smile in a short time. She is very detailed oriented and organized. She explained her plan on the first day and assessed every little detail including my nerve roots and teeth anatomy. She uses patient friendly language and I was able to understand my progress along the way. I will recommend everyone I know to her. I traveled over an hour to see her and I am so thankful that I was able to be treated by her.

When I was a teens, I was excessively concerned about my teeth, which made me feel quite self-conscious. Instinctively, I would cover my mouth when I smiled or laughed to calm my nerves. When I moved in New York City, I encountered Dr. Pompie, a genuinely kind doctor who fully comprehended my unique concern. Despite the challenges involved, Dr. Pompie successfully corrected my smile and significantly improved my self-esteem.
