Dr. Damirchi is, by far, the best dentist I have ever seen! He truly cares about his patients and walks you through each and every step. He wants you to participate in the experience. I appreciate his light touch during each procedure. I barely feel anything. Dr. Damirchi also has a high level of experience that goes far beyond traditional methods. I call him a dental wizard because he refines his equipment to improve quality of care. Every time I go there, I am amazed by his innovative thinking. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Damirchi for over ten years, but unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing. I came in with an issue on a crown that had been done there previously, and instead of receiving support, I felt like I was being judged for not having dental insurance. I was treated as if I was trying to get free service, which was not the case—I simply expected them to stand behind their work and at least examine the problem. The front desk told me that teeth don’t come with a warranty, which I understand, but I wasn’t looking for a guarantee—just some accountability. They ultimately referred me to VCU, and I went there the same day, where I received prompt and professional treatment. They did the evaluation and completed the work all in one day.
