Hickory Flat Dental

I had a great experience with Hickory Flat dental today. I was a new patient and the entire process was smooth and all the staff was so kind and professional. Luis was thorough and did a great job with my cleaning. Dr. Lee was kind and honest with his exam. Very pleased with my decision to switch to this practice. Would highly recommend!

Initially, I thought I was just going to be a number. The office is so big and there was a lot of people going in and out. Not going to lie, it felt a little overwhelming at first. Especially compared to my small town dentist. I had a little wait but when I got back there, I was truly heard. Brittany explained the pricing and was transparent every step of the way. When Louis cleaned my teeth, he was very detail oriented and took the time to explain things. Dr. Lee was amazing and made me feel like I was doing something right! My teeth are very important to me and I am glad to have found them! I will be returning every six months :) highly recommend!

As someone who is a Health, Dental and Vision broker I am very impressed with Hickory Flat Dental!! They verified my insurance before I was even in the door. My dental assistant was fantastic! She explained everything in detail before we got started, made sure I understood what my insurance covered and did not BEFORE WE GOT STARTED (of course I already knew, but its nice to know they will do that for anyone). Every employee was extremely friendly and I felt like I really mattered! I would recommend this location to any of my clients!!

Kim did a fantastic job cleaning my very sensitive teeth. She was kind and very patient with me. Her tech assistant Juan was just as wonderful. Sweet, great bedside manner, and funny too! They made a great team! As always, Dr Lee was great. He made sure I didn’t have any issues I’d like to discuss before we wrapped up my appointment. FYI I’ve been a patient of Dr Lee’s for about 14 years. He’s seen my teeth at their worst and has helped me improve my dental health. He’s corrected a previous dentists errors (crowns and root canals) and is always very understanding, and kind, about my low pain tolerance. Dr Lee’s whole staff is very professional and friendly. I’ve always felt welcome there!

My appointment was for a crown and possibly a root canal. Tammy was working above and beyond getting the X-rays done, and keeping me informed with results. Fortunately the X-rays showed no need for the root canal and sighs of relief were heard all around. During the temporary crown procedure, Dr Lee and Tammy followed through like the true professionals they are. I’m happy and grateful for their excellent expertise and help. Thank you.
