We had an outstanding experience at Hickory Commons Dental! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly kind. The entire team made the visit smooth and stress-free, and they took the time to explain everything clearly without making us feel rushed. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take pride in what they do. The office is clean, organized, and runs efficiently. It’s not always easy to find a dental office that makes you feel comfortable and valued, but Hickory Commons Dental absolutely does. Hickory Commons Dental has alleviated my anxieties about going to the dentist. The staff has always been kind, prompt, and professional with me. Interacting with the staff feels personal in the best way: they know me by name, they remember things we talk about during visits...in short it's clear that they actually care about their patients and take an interest in patients' well-being, even if it's not directly related to the treatment being received. They have always been very flexible with scheduling and getting me seen quickly if I have a pressing issue. On top of all of this, they are extremely good at what they do. Patient beware! I would have given 0 stars if that was an option! I have Federal Employee Blue Cross Blue shield (BC/BS) coverage which includes biannual exam, X-rays and cleaning. My visit for just X-rays, exam & cleaning was in April 2024. This was my first time using this dental office and found out that they misfiled my claim under Dental insurance rather than my medical insurance which covered the aforementioned dental service twice a year. Since the claim was misfiled BC/BS denied payment. I then had a three way call with this office to explain that it needed to be refiled under my medical insurance. They did NOT resubmit the claim and after 12 months they just turned it over to a collection agency. All other dental offices I have gone to in past 30 years have filed claim correctly a

Great dentist office. During my visits here, I’ve always been treated very well… Pleasantly and professionally. They go beyond and I’m very happy with this practice. I found this practice after my old one went out of network and wouldn’t accept my insurance. I’m very pleased with the replacement I’be made. I would highly recommend this practice
