Was waiting outside for over 30minutes past their "9am opening" for my UPS package and no one came to open the shop. For the second day in a row! Called multiple times to arrange a pick up, was reassured regarding hours. Now I have to have my package sent to another location due to this terrible an inconvenient service. If you're working the 9 to 5 and have a package here, you'll never get it. Arrange another drop off service.

Their UPS pick service is horrible! Came to pick up my package 15 minutes before closing and the doors were locked with 2 people inside and they refused to allow me to pick up my packages. I came back the very next business day at 9:30am and the doors are locked but the store hours are 9am to 6pm.... owner in the store and refused to come to the doors! New flash to UPS DO NOT LEAVE MY PACKAGE WITH THESE PEOPLE
