Heritage at Turner Park Nursing & Rehab

The team is so amazing at heritage park! Very attentive and they care about quality of life at all times! I would suggest this facility to any and everyone’s loved ones! One of the best care facilities in the city!

When my mother was in the hospital, I was told that she had to be placed in a nursing facility I prayed and ask the Lord to help me find a nice and safe nursing home for my mother. The Lord heard my prayers the Heritage at Turner park this place is amazing the staff is amazing they really care and my mother Loves it here Thank you Jesus.So if you’re looking for a nursing home for your love one I highly recommend the Heritage at Turner Park as a home away from home

This facility, which now feels like a family, has completely changed my outlook on skilled nursing/long term care. I was clueless on this whole process but they grabbed my hand and led me through all the paperwork with kindness and support and are still doing that today. So grateful I found them.

ZERO STARS!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PLACE AND STAFF. DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS FACILITY. THE CARE WAS HORRIBLE!! THEY LEFT MY MOTHER IN PISS FOR OVER 24 HOURS BED WAS COMPLETELY WET WHEN I ARRIVED THE NEXT DAY!! NOBODY CAME TO CHECK ON HER FROM THE TIME I LEFT AT 7 UNTILL I ARRIVED THE NEXT MORNING. THEY DID NOT GIVE HER MEDICINE. THE CNA REFUSED TO GIVE CARE THESE WERE THE DIRECT WORDS FROM THE SUPERVISOR ON DUTY FOR NIGHT SHIFT. HOW DOES A SUPERVISOR SAY OUT HER MOUTH HER OWN WORKER REFUSED TO GIVE CARE WHEN ITS HIS JOB. CNA WAS DRESSED LIKE SOMEBODY JUST WALKED IN FROM THE STREET!! HE HAD ON DIRTY SHOES JEANS AND A BLACK TSHIRT. VERYYY UNPROFESSIONAL! SHE JUST HAD MAJOR BACK SURGERY AND THEY WAS ROUGH HANDLING HER. THEY FORCED HER ON A LIFT AND TURN HER ALL TYPES OF WAYS S
