It baffles me how heartless people in healthcare could be. I was trying to get an appointment scheduled since I'm in pain and was hung up on by the front desk before I could even ask how long the wait was. I was a previous patient of Andrew Koenig at this location and he would get 5 stars from me, phenomenal PT. Unfortunately their admin staff will have me looking somewhere else.
