Henry Ford Pharmacy - Lansing

The staff at the Lansing location on Jolly can be a hit or miss. There are a few ladies that are quite kind however there is always a tall gentleman with brunette hair and a shorter lady standing at the computers when you enter. In my experiences they tend to not have the best customer service skills

It is very helpful that this pharmacy is at CMH and I go there for appointments. The staff are friendly and service is fast. I feel more comfortable here than a store pharmacy cause there is space to walk around. Overall I like and recommend this pharmacy. My primary care and psychiatrist is here so if they prescribe something I can pick it up right away no problem

I am a CMH employee and use the pharmacy often. Service is always fast and friendly. Staff are efficient and knowledgable. Over the counter meds are very reasonable and they can order just about anything for you and you'll have it in a couple of days. Having the pharmacy in the Jolly building is convenient.
