When they actually fill the Rx, the mailing service is convenient. The problems I had with them are that one Rx went unfilled, no follow up, others needed prior authorization and the pharmacy failed to contact provider or patient, and opted instead to just let it sit unfilled until I inquired about it. Difficult to reach by phone, service isn’t great when they are reachable. Finally, had to make 2 requests to have Rx transferred.HP ignored initial request by gaining pharmacy. When I called re: transfer, I was told the gaining pharmacy would have to call them back to transfer. Overall, way too much work to get a prescription filled and not worth the effort imo.

Only docking a star because of inconsistent communication, but the free delivery is so helpful and they get me a serious discount on my migraine meds <3

Can’t help but to feel sorry for the people who take their insurance issues out on their pharmacist who started this business from scratch but competes with the service offerings of Fortune 500 companies. My entire family uses this pharmacy. He will have a prescription ready in minutes if he has the inventory, or even stay open a couple minutes late for his customers if they are in a pinch. 10/10 recommend this location, elite pharmacy right here.

I had a prescription filled here because my Dr. said they would provide great service. I was told the prescription would arrive the next day but it took 3 days to arrive at me home. I decided to get my prescription refilled at CVS and found that I was over charged by Henrico Pharmacy. Henrico Pharmacy charged me $50 and CVS only charged me $15. I have been trying to call to ask about the issue and no one ever answers the phone. Feels like I was taken advantage of and I was very disappointed with the service.

Pretty great service! I usually get prescriptions filled at Walgreens but my doc suggested this one for meds that weren’t covered by insurance. They mailed them and I had them the next day.
