Henderson Hospital

Absolute best experiences at this hospital in the L&D department. I had a very long intense labor and was here for DAYS and every single nurse I had was nothing short of kind, caring and very professional and knowledgeable. I will say I had my favorites to shout out Lauren and Jennifer!! Thank you 2 so much you made the biggest impact on me and my experience. I also returned days later for some complications and they made me feel so comfortable and reassured. If you are looking at reviews to what hospital to have your bundle of Joy I highly recommend Henderson Hospital ( I had 3 other babies at 2 other hospitals locally and I hands down vote this one the best),

Carolina ER Nurse 5 Stars!!! Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy were all exceptional and practiced per guidelines. Case management was efficient. I did have multiple complaints; however, I addressed it with the appropriate leadership, and I’m hoping that they can fix these concerns. The hospitalist and infectious disease team were amazing, and I love the teamwork displayed between the disciplines.

Everything was excellent from start to finish. The nurse Amy was a 15 out of 10! She was thorough kind and incredibly helpful! When I came out of surgery, I forgot the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he was also incredibly kind and helpful as well. I had surgery here six years ago and that’s why I was happy to come back.

I was treated with compassion and understanding. RN. Eunice from ICU was very attentive and awesome RN Francisca on the 3rd floor was also great and they explained everything when receiving injections and/or medication to me. Drs were very informative and supportive of my needs. Couldn’t ask for anything different they’re all hard workers, caring and loving. Thank you Julia L.

From the moment I walked in I was very nervous about having surgery but the admissions lady was so kind and welcoming and she made me feel so welcomed and then the nurse that called me back had such a positive, happy and welcoming attitude. I felt so safe and comfortable. All my nerves were completely gone. She explained everything in detail and I was so comfortable. After surgery the gentleman that took care of me in recovery was just the same as the rest. So comforting kind and gentle with me. He treated me with care and compassion and treated me like I was a family member. I had the most pleasant experience at this hospital. Either I got lucky or these people love their jobs. Definitely would go there for any surgery.
