Helix Urgent Care - Stuart / Indiantown / Palm City

My son and I arrived to the Stuart Helix Monday evening at 6:20pm. He had a temperature, productive cough, chills, exhaustion, “rumbling” lungs. The lady at the desk said from 6-9pm we don’t have a provider in the building, do you want to see a zoom doctor? I asked if test were able to be run, if vitals signs including listening to his lungs were able to be done? She said yes. So I told her I would be ok with zoom doc. We were the only patients in the facility, with 3-4 staff members. We sat in the waiting room for 30 mins as they were waiting for the computer to “accept” my son as a patient. We then were brought back where vital signs were taken. We sat in a cold room for 15 more minutes as they struggled to get the zoom doc to work. They never asked if my shivering son needed a blanket,

Went to this clinic after finding myself not feeling well with cold/flu like symptoms on a visit from Georgia. I was seen by Stephen Zinnanti. He was in the room with me for about 5 minutes, with odd bedside manners, diagnosing me with a ‘bacterial infection’. There were no tests performed. No swab for flu, strep, or covid. He prescribed me a steroid, z pack, and a cough medicine. Upon returning home 2 days later still not feeling well, I went to my local urgent care. They not only swabbed me for everything but also did a chest x-ray. Turns out I do, in fact, have the flu but now it’s too late for early medication. The level of care provided to me at this clinic is completely unacceptable. I urge you to use another clinic or at least ask to NOT be seen by Stephen Zinnanti.

I visited the Stuart location and was very impressed with the speed of service, the cleanliness of the facility, and the kindness of the team. I was in and out in less than an hour and felt very well cared for my everyone (from the front desk to the PA). Friendly, welcoming, and compassionate, thank you!

All I needed was someone to look at my finger to see if I needed a stitch. Loved the physician. The rest of the staff? Not so much. The person who took my vitals was actually condescending and rude. I’ve never been treated like that before in any doctor’s office, nor do I want anyone to be treated like that. I will not go back, and I do not recommend.

I have been going to Stuart Helix for years. Before they moved from the Publix center to the east side of Kanner Hwy. The doctors are experienced and professional. The staff is excellent and attentive. The front desk is excellent also. I have visited there for: stitches, flu treatment and testing, infections, Preop paperwork and tests, poison oak, dehydration, etc, Far better than Cleveland Clinic ER in a non emergency situation. Happy they are there and their hours of operation are very convenient.
