Helen M. Simpson Rehabilitation Hospital - West Shore

I want to say my husband really loved being here. People are very nice. He got the best care you could ever have! The nurses, the rehab everyone in here were wonderful. The meals were fantastic. We want to say thank you for getting him back to himself that he could be able to go home. We love all you guys thank you.

January 2026: After my father had hip surgery, he spent about two weeks at Helen Simpson. We could not be happier with the care he received. Everyone on staff, but especially the PT/OTs were exceptional. The facility is brand new so was in tip top shape and all the bedrooms there are private - a big plus for folks who are used to living independently. The staff were compassionate, took the time to listen, were patient and very supportive. They were “everything” to quote my dad.

Over the last 5 years I have had various heart, and back issues. I have worked with many therapists. The therapists, and overall staff at the Helen M Simpson West Rehabilitation Hospital were excellent. Best group I have ever worked with.

The care and care takers were fabulous. I could not be happier with the care that I have received. Everyone from food service to therapy and nursing staff were wonderful.

My mom's experience at Helen M. Simpson was truly exceptional. The physical, occupational, and speech therapists were absolutely incredible. Their expertise, encouragement, and personalized care significantly impacted her recovery. They were patient, dedicated, and genuinely passionate about helping her regain her independence. The nurses and doctors were equally outstanding. Drs. Stark and Lilie were a strong team. They provided compassionate, professional, and attentive care. I always felt well-informed and supported, and I'm so grateful for everyone's hard work and dedication to my mom.
