Heights Family Pharmacy

It’s past opening hour and they’re fully closed. I need to get a package and the store is fully dark and the gate is down. Clearly this is an unreliable business but they must not care. Updating my review. Finally opened and it is easy to get my package. However, package pick up time is inconvenient especially when the pharmacy is open on Saturdays allegedly, and they should open as advertised.

Not well organized. My package was delivered on a Saturday. I went in the following Tuesday and Noah at the counter said it wasn't there because he didn't see a note for it in his book (handwritten) He wouldn't even look for it, despite my having a tracking number and ID. I went outside and contacted the shipper who sent me proof of delivery. Only with this did Noah look for and release my package. "They just brought it in," he said. I'd been standing right outside, no one delivered anything. I would not pick up from them again.

Best customer service and can also drop off Amazon ups returns here! Noel and Lee provide a very reliable service and treat everyone who comes in with patience and respect. Way better then the unreliable chain pharmacies around or some sketchy local spots.

Hours are completely unreliable, does not open on time/closes at 6 pm not 7. Tried to pick up a package and was told it was a different department and I had to wait until 10:30 am—let alone that 10 am is already an inconvenient time for full time working people—until someone else came in, which is not detailed online. Ridiculous customer service. Avoid.

Do not go to this pharmacy. This pharmacy first of all is expensive and they do not carry all prescriptions. I tried to return something that can be bought over the counter medicine and they won’t accept it back. Bad service!!!
