Dr. Volos is every patients dream doctor. I’ve taken my daughter to multiple pediatric optometrist, and they have been disasters, even the “best of the best” who didn’t give us the time of day to explain anything. But Dr. Volos showed so much patience and care with my daughter and answered all of my questions and worries(on multiple occasions). You can see and feel how much she cares for her patients and how it’s important to do things right and thoroughly. She is truly the best and I would recommend her to anyone who is in need of a pediatric optometrist. If more doctors were like her, our medical system would be in a better place. 100/100

We had the most wonderful experience with Dr. Volos. From the moment we walked in, she made my children feel completely at ease. They are ages 14, 11, and 5 and they all LOVE her & look forward to their appointments. She is incredibly kind, patient, and caring, taking the time to explain everything in a way that is both reassuring and easy to understand. Her gentle approach and warm personality truly set her apart. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients and their families. She treated my 14 year olds eye ulcer after she slept with her contacts in and was so empathetic to her pain. We feel so lucky to have found such a sweet and knowledgeable pediatric ophthalmologist, and I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.

Dr. Volos doesn’t just 'see' patients, she truly cares for them. Knowledgeable and the embodiment of professionalism, while also treating patients as more than just a name, accompanied by symptoms. She makes her patients feel comfortable and cared for and explains things in a simple way that is understandable for those of us not in her field. The type of doctor that all children should be lucky to have.

I had an excellent experience during my recent eye exam. Dr. Volos was warm, attentive, and had wonderful bedside manner. She took the time to explain every step clearly without rushing, making me feel comfortable and well-informed. She’s exceptional at patient education and truly cares about her patients.
