Dr. Heche is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST. I'm a DJ, and I visited her to get impressions done for custom in-ear monitors. She was so lovely and very gentle. She explained the process in detail so that I would feel comfortable. Dr. Hesche took her time with me and answered all my questions. By the time we finished, I thought we were old friends! Best of all, my in-ear monitors came out PERFECT because of her great impressions. I was so happy with how they turned out; I have recommended all my friends to her! I can't recommend her enough! Thank you, Dr. Heche.

Dr. Heche is amazing. I recently had a frightening incident of sudden sensorineural hearing loss. I went to Dr. Heche for an audiological evaluation. Dr. Heche saw me immediately, the day I called to make an appointment. Dr. Heche provided a thorough, careful, and precise hearing test in a clean, soundproof environment. She wrote her evaluation with care and made helpful and appropriate recommendations. Sudden hearing loss is stressful and hard. Seeing Dr. Heche made it easier.

Very bad experience with Dr. Heche. Makes false promises about realistic expectations. When there is an issue she is non supportive and can tend to be nasty when confronted. Left this practice very disappointed.
