Hebron Center Dentistry

Very professional. Excellent dental hygienist and dentist. Great cleaning, very thorough, caring and personable. I couldn’t ask for more. Initially I was given an appointment a few months in advance but they have a very good system for last minute cancellations. I was able to cancel my April appointment and go in January. Also, the office is super clean and easy to get to. Loads of parking and all on one level with no stairs. That is why I referred my father there. He has a hard time with stairs, so this will be perfect for him.

The staff are all wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable! They put you at ease when you are in the chair. Very clean and comfortable environment . I would recommend this dental center.

I was looking forward to trying this dentist because of their great reviews. Unfortunately your receptionist Crystal doesn’t seem like she knows exactly what she’s doing. She made a mistake with my husbands appointment and instead of owning up to it, and fixing it when I called to clear it up she made up an entire story and blamed me. Poor customer service skills. I’m sure the rest of the staff is great but be careful when booking an appointment with this woman.

I always have an excellent experience going to Hebron Center Dentistry. Everyone is very friendly and professional and has a very relaxing atmosphere. Dr Nichole's is excellent. Very personal, caring and thorough. My hygienist Jillian is also excellent. She is personal, caring, accommodating and does a thorough cleaning and inspection. She has a very nice touch which allows me to be very relaxed in the chair. My mouth always feels very fresh and clean and when finished.

Normally I do not look forward, anticipate with positive feeling, a visit to a dentist's office. I have horror stories at least they seem so to me. But . . . for me, Hebron Center Dentistry is different. The big difference is the dental hygienist, the person, who has taken care of me, usually twice a year, for several years now. She is highly skilled, efficient and knowledgeable and treats the process and procedures as an interaction between human beings. I can't say that I look forward to all that poking and scraping. I can say that I have yet to experience all this in such a relaxed and harmonious manner.
