I would give it negative stars if I could. This office used to be a great medical provider. Now it is run by Hartford Healthcare and it has gone to something I would expect from a state run "charity" medical system. Forget about timely and convenient appointments, dont even be surprised if they ask you to schedule at a location 30 miles away! I used to be treated like a patient, now I'm just a number......a number with good insurance, which gets billed quite frequently due to all the red tape and new regulations "requiring" multiple visits a year to continue my treatment, when I used to only have to do one a year. They cant even be bothered to make a phone call! I made multiple requests for refills and after a week figured out how to use the online system only to find out they claim I was

I've come to suspect that Hartford HealthCare is a fully cursed entity along the lines of the Mind Flayer from Stranger Things, but certain offices are resistant to its inherent toxicity, and this Hebron office (and also the call center liaisons) are holding strong

Honestly the worst. When you call the line is always busy leave a voicemail never get called back. Call for scheduling and it rings once then goes silent and then hangs up.

Love Dr. Hilding. She puts her all into helping you. I always leave feeling positive. Assistants are lovely and so knowledgeable.

I have been seeing Dr Kristen Gildersleeve for many years and highly recommend her and her staff. Have never been disappointed.
