CVS Pharmacy

Store is always dirty. Numerous times when you get a text saying your Prescription is ready it is not. Couldn't leave a review without giving one star.

The "Consumer Value Store" of Hebron, CT, isn't actually a store of consumer value. I am going to be a bit biased here because I grew up with the Hebron Pharmacy, which was a store that was a town store that supported and sponsored local sports teams. Then, CVS came, bringing a corporation to Hebron, putting our local pharmacy out of the picture. CVS has expensive prices and ever long lunch breaks for the employees who work there. I will go to pick up medicine there (and they have gotten better, but a lot of times it is never ready), but I rarely buy any items. I needed pens one time and picked them up for 5 or 6 dollars when a dollar store would have been much cheaper. No matter what you buy, you can likely get them cheaper elsewhere. Waited in line for vaccine check-in for 10 mins, no acknowledgement just staff looking at the line. Decided to leave. Don't come here.

My prescriptions are literally never ready. I always have to sit there for 20 minutes while they expedite it. On top of that, they’re constantly understaffed, so the drive through is often closed and it’s not uncommon to wait in a line of 10 to 15 people just for them to tell you “oh it’s not ready yet”. So what should be a 5-10 minute process turns into an hour of waiting in line, then waiting to the prescription to be ready, then getting in line again just to pick up the medication that should have been ready to go in the first place. This is by far the worst CVS in the state. Nothing but issues, month after month. On top of that they’ve given me the wrong amount before. Stay away!
