The receptionist answered the phone with a attitude and hung up on me twice. She then proceeded to tell me my insurance was not accepted there but as i had other questions needed to be answered upon asking them i was still hung up on very rudely and abruptly. They have the phone to the manager of some sort and she was very disrespectful and hung up on me as well. None of my questions were answered. I asked for their names and of course silence.. They are so unprofessional I’m not even sure how they have jobs working there or any other business for that matter. Save your time and energy and find another place to be seen!! One day they’ll meet their match because that whole group of individuals are going to disrespect the wrong person and at that point it’s above us now.

Tonya Money is phenomenal! My Primary Care Physician recommended her after I had a horrific experience with another local OBGYN. Tonya did not disappoint. She was super friendly and listened to ALL of my concerns!

I’m new to the area and tried booking an appointment. The lady I talked to is very rude! They should fire her or maybe try sending her to a training that will teach her manners!

I called today to make my first appointment and the lady on the phone is exceptionally short, rude and disrespectful- made me decide to not even use this service because if she cant make it comfortable on the phone i doubt id be comfortable as a patient.

Staff are warm and welcoming, they listen to all my issues and genuinely work with me on everything (medical diagnosis, medication, billing and assignments).
