Hearth Hospice

I can't brag enough on how wonderful they took care of my mom. We could always count on answers to any questions we had. Someone would always show up if we had a problem. I highly recommend this group.

Hearth Hospice was excellent when caring for my mother-in-law. From meeting and talking with them early on, until a year and half later, we were 100% pleased with their total care and communication. They showed love, concern, and compassion. Molly, helped with the initial admission/paperwork which went flawless. Danielle and Brittany were the hands-on and day-to-day supporters. We will forever be grateful to Hearth Hospice.

Our family had the greatest blessing having the expertise and compassion of Hearth Hospice during the transition of our Mother to Heaven. Jackie Conway and Sherrie Bean kept us informed and provided comfort to our family every day. They were easily accessible anytime and quick to offer comfort and care to all of us. I would highly recommend Hearth's care to guide both patient and family through the difficult days. They will be with you then and continue to be your friend forever.

They started off really good by getting all of the necessary equipment for my mom. Our issue is they can’t seem to get one particular young lady out to bathe my mom. My 2 brothers will call to see if she coming and always says I be there in hour or I’m on my way but sometimes either never come or it’s several hours later. Communication is horrible. It’s crazy because the office doesn’t know if she came or not. Lexi is very good.

I am very pleased with the help we received for my mother from Hearth Hospice. They came in with everything she needed and we were never short of care or supplies. I was very overwhelmed and they were a huge blessing. I am very thankful they were there for us during the hardest time of my life. Rodney Parham went to great lengths to help us understand the process. All the staff treated us with respect and dignity. When it came down to it, Crystal and Brandi went the extra mile to communicate with the doctor - and this helped us make wise decisions regarding notifying our family members. We are just very grateful for their care.
