If I can give Mrs Fisher 10 stars I would. She gets straight to the point. She breaks it down to you where you can understand and show us pictures and different ways to prepare us to pass the test. She is EVERYTGING. Now she is strict and firm but that is to prepare you for the health field , so please don’t take it personal. She just wants ALL her students to pass the test and skills so she can make sure you get your license. Also Vedez her clinicals instructor is very professional and fun and positive. They did not come to play. They are going to make sure you pass but you gotta listen to them take your notes and read your notes and practice. They were truly blessings to my life and I’m glad I chose Herat to heart. Without Mrs fisher I don’t think I’ll know everything I know in two weeks

I cannot recommend this program enough! The instructor, Jackie Fisher is extremely motivating and truly wants her students to succeed. She gets straight to the point, doesn’t waste time & teaches you exactly what you need to know. Everything that was in her notes was on the test, she will tell you this! If you study what she gives you, you will be prepared. As a busy single mom juggling life and responsibilities, I appreciated how clear, organized and focused everything was! If you’re thinking about becoming a CNA, this is the place to go!

She is the best i have come across in Ohio. I took her classes for two weeks and took the exams three days after the last lectures and made it. Her questions review all came in the exams.Try her and thank me later.

The best of the best! Heart to heart has the best instructor ever ❤️❤️ she teaches everything and makes sure Uu gets everything perfectly 1000/10‼️ I literally had a terrible incident and this lady literally offered to pay for my test! She is literally God sent🥺 I would recommend no other teacher than Ms Fisher , if I could rate her a million times I would, the best in Ohio if not the best in the United States.

I enjoyed having Ms.Fisher as my instructor! Her and her team are very supportive and go above and beyond to make sure you have all the materials needed to be successful as a CNA.
