Heart Rhythm Center

NYU installed a pacemaker in me in February 21. After that they monitor me every three months. 3 remotely and 1 in person. 10 days ago I had my in person review. After which I made an appointment for next year’s review. Later that day they posted my appointment for only two weeks ahead and scheduled it to be performed remotely. I canceled it through my app. After which in the early hours of the morning they reposted it again to occur that day before I can even contact them. I unplugged the remote device. I called the Rhythm center when they opened. They would not put through and said someone would call me back. Guess what no one did and the record of the appointment disappeared of the app. The next business day they did again. I called again and of course no response. NYU your fired!

I was seen by Dr. Fowler and Dr. Marina on the 4th Fl of the building. This was my first visit and I was able to see them with my family instead of use coming in one by one for different appointments. They were fantastic, understanding and more than knowledgeable in their field of study. The staff are very friendly, professional.The service was exceptional. Even though the waiting room was packed. The only downside was when I was unable to schedule an appointment with the front desk when I called 3 times separate times and was told they would call back. I finally gave up and had someone else help me get an appointment who referred me to their office. After I was able to get an appointment everything went smoothly.

Dr. Chintz and his staff are the best heart rhythm doctors in N.Y. state. I have a rare heart rhythm condition which no one could treat and drs. from Long Island to Albany all said there was only one place and dr who could perform this rare ablation I needed. Well that was eight years ago and I can't thank Dr. Chintz and his staff for all they have done and still do for me.

Dr. Anthony Aizer saved my life arrythmia that had been fatal to my grandfather and father. I had undergone 2 prior ablatians by Mt. Sinai cardio-physiologists (one doctor was a professor of this subject on the Mt. Sinai medical school faculty, who after the 2nd ablatian that resulted in the cardio crash cart being brought to my hospital room, told me "he didn't know what else to do!") Dr. Aizer is the BEST. No further discussion is necessary!

In August of this year I had a atrial ablation with this heart rhythm center . This procedure is usually not very invasive and done through the groin . Because of medical issues this procedure was done through my jugular and my liver . My doctor had told me that he had performed a handful of this procedure through the jugular and the liver before !, After the procedure was done he told me I was the first person he performed this procedure on in this matter. The procedure was 6 and a half hrs . It was successful ! The care I received in the hospital over night was awful and the after care from the rhythm center was virtually nonexistent. I never saw the dr that performed this procedure for aftercare and never heard from him until weeks later after I complained .You would think since he ha
