Heart of Suwanee Animal Hospital

After being with this vet for almost 3 years today I realized that they are just lazy or just don’t care. Don’t come here if u have a reactive animal they will not care. Out of all the times I’ve been there it was fine I guess but I honestly only went here cuz I was paying the wellness plan. Today was the reason I canceled that plan. They know my dogs history on being fearful aggressive especially at the vet yet they never try to accommodate for her. In fact I feel like they are more annoyed whenever I come with her rather than trying to help. And I always end up uncomfortable.They always ask me whenever I come in if I trained her, like reactivity takes alot of time to work on it’s not gonna get fixed overnight . I’m already stressed as is I shouldn’t have to worry about my dogs freaking d

I’ve been going to Heart of Suwanee since 2003. They’ve taken care of all my furbabies. Dr. Sanders, Dr. Mary & the whole staff are always great. Dr. Sanders even stayed late to help with a stray cat that I took in recently. Furrgus was NOT happy with the cone so we found an alternative but he’s feeling much better now!

I absolutely love Heart of Suwanee! Jaycee the groomer is FABULOUS! She always takes care of my babies like they are her own. She is so friendly, updates me throughout the day, and both of my babies always come home looking amazing! I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else!

Dr. Sanders saved my dog and the grooming is perfect. Everyone here is family to my dogs. Forget the franchise vets and see these local heroes instead.

Everyone there was absolutely amazing. Dr. Mary, Shannon, the front office staff, the nurses, and everyone in between are fantastic, knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, and just incredibly nice. Thank you all for caring so much for my Sweetie. She feels like a furry queen with every visit.
