John and Cindy are always very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their Hearing Aid prices are far better than any other places in the area. I appreciate their service and they always appreciate our business. I would not use any other hearing professionals!

John & Cindy provide a friendly and professional service in a cozy office located on a hospital campus. Timely appointments/rechecks and info of the latest hearing technologies/products are readily offered. John understands my rare anatomical problem (patulous Eustachian tubes) and has tried various hearing aid settings to minimize the associated distortion. Cindy provides hearing aid cleanings at every visit and makes a reminder call for future visits. I'm well taken care of by these compassionate and knowledgeable professionals.

Would give less than 1 star if possible. Only interested in selling hearing aid. Follow up care is terrible.

I had gone to a few other hearing aid places to see what they had to help me with my hearing loss. I was not comfortable with their recommendations. Friends from the Deaf Community told me to see John and Cindy at Heart of Illinois Hearing. John tested my hearing and told me I did not need the expensive hearing aids that were recommended at other places for my hearing loss. A few years later I needed to replace my hearing aids. Again, John knew exactly what I needed and at a better cost. Cindy always calls to remind me of my appointments to have my hearing aids cleaned and checked. Cindy is so nice and friendly that I look forward to going in and seeing her. She programmed my new hearing aids to my iphone so I didn't have to try to figure that out myself. This is a professional of
