Feels like home, very comfortable environment, caring staff, doctors, nurses and Np’s. They have set the bar at a high standard, THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR PARENTS. Dr. Subbiah has a great bedside manner he cares about his patients and he makes sure he gives the best care and he WILL talk with family members. I’m so thankful I was referred to Dr. Subbiah and his staff, I saw Hannah today and she is a Jewell, very knowledgeable and personable, she listens to you also and has that bedside manner also.

It was the first time I've met her and I was impressed. I will not hesitate to make an appointment with her again. She was very friendly and explained things so I could understand them. The whole office is top notch in my opinion

I had an excellent experience at this cardiology practice. I was seen promptly with virtually no waiting, and the entire staff was courteous, professional, and welcoming. Dr. Subbiah is exceptional — he takes his time, explains everything clearly, and truly listens. I never felt rushed and left feeling confident and well cared for.

Not a good experience. Checked in a couple minutes late, filled out some paperwork and thought it would be a short wait: only 2 others in the waiting room. A half hour later the waiting room was full and patients were called to examining rooms. I was the fourth patient called. After being weighed by the very pleasant nurse she took my BP. Incorrectly. My left arm was unsupported, my feet were dangling off the exam table and I had to hold on to the table with my right hand for balance. The reading was much higher than expected. Finally Dr. Boete arrived (and hour after my appointment time) and informed me our conversation was being recorded by AI. Apparently this practice is now standard for Piedmont medical offices. My first time meeting Dr Subbiah. Great personality and seems very caring and truly interested in getting to the bottom of any issues i may be facing. Did not feel rushed, just cared for. His staff was awesome and very friendly.
