A friend told me the great service he received by Dr. Selleck even though he didn't purchase his hearing aids there. I was having problems as well with my hearing aids, but also thought a good time for another hearing test. I cannot express the professionalism and explanations given me that were explained to make sure I understood. I also had a problem with my hearing aids that I purchased elsewhere and my charger which Dr. Selleck and Emma, the Audiologist definitely went the extra mile to make sure everything worked properly. A great experience. You won't regret making an appointment and meeting this wonderful group of health care professionals .

I'm writing this review because I really appreciate the work Dr. Richard Selleck and crew are doing. They are very professional, friendly, and I really feel they have my interests in mind. Dr. Selleck has a real grasp of all the latest technology and is able to explain options clearly for the layperson to understand. In addition to his expertise, he has great personal skills. I have to travel some distance to get to the office, but it is worth the extra effort. I would highly recommend HearSmart Audiology for anyone's hearing needs.

My parents have been patients at HearSmart for many years. As they aged, the staff at HearSmart bent over backwards to accommodate them. My parents always felt they could rely on Dr Ford. She and her staff are truly kind and compassionate. The customer service can't be beat.

Comment I needed one of my Oticon hearing aids repaired while vacationing in New England from Florida. HearSmart Audiology was able to see me the next day, and fixed my hearing aid on the spot. Amy, the receptionist/office manager could not have been nicer. The first person you speak to sets the tone for the entire practice, and she did so to perfection. Dr. Richard who fixed my hearing aid was also pleasant and reassuring. I would highly recommend this highly efficient and professional practice.

DR. Selleck and staff were very professional. It was refreshing to experience there approach to try and fix what you have , instead of trying to sell you new hearing aids, when the ones you have can be repaired, that kinda service is hard to come by . When its time to replace my existing aids, theres no doubt were ill be going . txs
