Good experience. Called ahead for an appt. Taken in a reasonable amount of time. Dr. was very nice, professional & I felt confident of his diagnosis. Facility was clean & staff professional & courteous. Would go back again.

I was there for severe pain on my left side. Mark was so respectful and listened to my concerns! He has an awesome personality and made sure I was comfortable. The doctor was awesome too. Dr. Michelle Dalencour was awesome and check me and had no choice but to send me to Emerson Hospital Emergency Room. I will always choose this urgent care! Thank you for all you do!

Don't bother to make an appointment. They ignore all appointment times and take you in the order you came in. My appointment was at 10 am. It is now 11 am and I still have not been attended to. They took 9 people before me that were walk-ins and 1 who walked in after me because his tummy hurt (adult patient). Their response to me was I don't know why they allow appointments because we don't honor them. Great.

Making an appointment was easy. The staff was caring and helpful. Dr Paoloni was great. A good listener and diagnosed me quickly , a couple of prescriptions to get me on the mend and I was on my way. Very pleasant experience, not a long wait time. Highly recommend Emerson UC in Littleton.

Always satisfied with the care and service at the Emerson Urgent Care. The convenience of making an appointment through my MGB patient portal app, then having all my records, and even being able to run labs ordered by my PCP make it well worth the few extra minute drive over the typical for profit urgent cares nearby.
