Foundations Physical Therapy

I have been a patient with Steve for 10 years. He helped me after rotator cuff surgery in 2015 and then after R knee replacement surgery in 2018. He is a therapist I trust and feel comfortable with, knowing that he is up to date on current modalities of treatment. He helps me to understand the mechanics of each exercise and how it is helping to achieve my goals. His location in Littleton is large, well equipped and filled with natural light. The staff is friendly and always helpful. On top of all this, Steve is a warm, caring guy with a good sense of humor. Hopefully I don’t have any major surgeries or injuries in the future, but if I do, Steve is the first person I will call for a PT appointment. I recommend him highly.

Highly recommend Foundations. The staff is amazing. Julie in particular has been an outstanding. For the past five months she’s tackled my sciatic nerve and hamstring issues with care, skill, and persistence. She listened closely, explained what was going on in a way that made sense, and built a plan that was both realistic and challenging. Making it possible for me to get back being active and specifically back to running.

Foundations was a very friendly and supportive place to work through my physical therapy after a total knee replacement. Everyone was knowledgable about what was needed and the proper way for me to move. I highly recommend Laura. I hope I don't need PT again, but this is where I would choose.

They listen to questions and concerns and track progress carefully. I am grateful they were so close and have been such a great support throughout this recovery!
