I'm convinced John and Erica at HearingLife Woodstock are actual angels on Earth - my mom is profoundly deaf, and now dealing with other medical issues that make daily life difficult. (I've just recently been introduced to some of these situations, and have moved closer to help get her situated.) When her device needed repair, I had no idea where to start, and when I called HLW Erica was more than helpful in diagnosing the issue right away and personally seeing to it that John had the parts needed to repair it asap. He even offered to come to us when I explained her situation, but her other doctors say it's important for her to get out. They are amazing people at the Woodstock office. Justin takes time to get your hearing aids adjusted right and listens to everything you’ve got to say. I’ve had nothing but the best Care there. I Recommend Hearing Life to everybody that needs hearing aids.

Justin was spot on with adjusting my hearing aids and preventing the right ear from cutting out for no reason. The 800 number to set up an appointment to get service for my issues is a joke. There was no verbal communication, just texting. There is no personalized service anymore and all the appointment tech could do was offer me a hearing test. I wasn’t able to talk to anyone at the Woodstock office until the day of my appointment.

Needed a walk-in service on hearing aids and they took care of us fast and took care of the issue.
