Am getting used to them as this is day too. My phone will not sync to the hearing aids today so I don't know what the problem is with that. But I am still tinkering with it and will call the store next week if I continue to have this issue.
I’m a new customer and so far everything is great! The up coming weeks will be the real testing. I was immediately put at ease with the front desk associate, she was really pleasant. Ericka was great and did an amazing job.!!

Great experience. I even got relief from the itching the hearing aids were causing me. Erica is wonderful. She knows her stuff and does a thorough exam. She is.kind, gentle, and caring. I highly recommend her!!
The staff is professional and polite. Service is great and supplies are free. BUT, I cannot justify spending over $5,000.00 every 4 years for hearing aids. I have to compare this to other manufacturers before I make a purchase.
