Scott is just a great guy, explained everything to me perfectly, in terms that I could understand, I forgot to mention Jolene, my goodness how could I leave her out. I was constantly in contact with her and she was always there for me when I needed an answer, an email, or a text, and Jolene was right there for me when I needed her the most. Very informative and telling me things that I really need to hear and kept me up date as well, it seems like Scott and Jolene sort of work in tandem and it is just a perfect match. Very patient and thorough. The doctor took the time to fix a damaged piece of my hearing aid without sending it out for repair. She also took the time to complete my transfer care information from out of state. I highly recommend this group.

This is the place to go for all your hearing needs in the Twin Cities area. I needed a hearing exam which was carried out seamlessly by Jill who explained the results to me in a way I would understand. The hearing aids came in a variety of colors and arrived a week later. I went back into the office to pick them up as they have to be fitted and tested which only took 15 minutes. They are professional, friendly and the follow up and care provided by this office is superior.

Very professional female employee Jill was really helpful and let me know whatever she had me doing and the reasoning behind it. Made me feel more at ease with everything.
