Technician Allison Vaughan is on top of my aids keeping them meeting my needs since 2017. She is charting and meets my needs with regular adjustments and keeps tabs on my hearing. I am very happy.
New hearing aid user. Staff always interested in your questions and they go out of their way to make you comfortable in the use of your hearing aids. If not available at time of your call, they call back in timely manner. When I first started looking for help with my hearing loss, they came across as more interested in helping me with hearing loss than in just selling a hearing aid. Thank you Allison and Cathy.
