I have been in the customer service business all my life. I have been fortunate to meet Mariah Siarkowski from when she was the receptionist to now the Hearing Instrument Specialist. Mariah is always polite, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, committed and always has a smile on her face. Not to mention I have Amazing Hearing Aids! Mariah, Thank You for your Great Customer Service!!!! MARIAH YOU ROCK!!!!!!!
Both the receptionist and the doctor were so kind and caring and answered every question!
Young lady was very good but over $300 to make an adjustment is outrageous!
I had an issue with connectivity between my iPhone and my hearing aids. I sent Mariah a note with photos describing the situation. She thought it might be a firmware problem and had me come in the same day to investigate & fix the problem. I’m very pleased with actions & results
Very helpful pleased with my new hearing aids they were very nice
