My husband went there to get some relief from what appeared to be mild eczema. It didn't go well. Here's the letter he sent to them when their "automated" system continued to ask for payment. Rather than my version, here are images that document the event. I will end with this: Not once did they attempt to have a human dial a phone. zero follow-up, other than auto-generated beg texts for $.

Everyone at this office is professional, kind, and compassionate! From the receptionist, who was outstanding, and was able to get me in right away, because I had an emergency and didn’t want to try my luck at urgent care…lol, to the PA to the Dr. I would recommend them to families with children the elderly, and anyone else.

There is absolutely no way to get through to the office to cancel an appointment. I must have called 30 times over the past four hours. There is also no Forefront customer service helpline, only an online form to fill in. Having said this, Gwen and Sonia are wonderful, so the one star review relates to Forefront and not the professional service providers.

The medical assistant Maggie is a joyful, professional person who engages completely with the patient. She made the subdued environment bright and me, the patient, at ease with the procedure I was about to have, which is painful. I appreciate that level of professionalism and service!

I have been a patient at this location for 7 years. The past few years the service has really gone down hill. I had my annual scheduled for this morning and sat in the room for 55 minutes. I finally left. This happened last year as well. I will not be going back.
