Have had these new hearing aids for just a few months and they weren’t adjusted right the first time now they don’t have a provider to service them. I’m paying over 300 a month for something that doesn’t work and they are sorry, poor customer service. When Jackie was there they were great. Got my first pair 4 years ago. Since Jackie left there’s no one to help you, if I had known Jackie was Leaving I would never have bought this new set

the office located in Jacksonville, North Carolina on Henderson Dr with Jackie and Cathy is absolutely fabulous. These two girls make a difference. They are top quality employees for this company. They are knowledgeable. They are very kind. They are considerate. They follow up and they do what they say they’re gonna do have had the most wonderful experience with these girls and Anytime. I have a question or a problem. they are right there Looking for hearing aids should give them a call. They are the ones you need to see. I would highly recommend them because of their kindness knowledge consideration attention to detail. I cannot say enough good things about these girls.

Cathy and Katrina are genuinely concerned for the well-being of their patients. They are very professional, polite and compassionate. Their patients are very important to them. I am pleased to advise people to seek them out for Audiology care.
