Amazing atmosphere, Amazing people working there. I was in a out so fast and able to actually hear for once in such a long time. This place is seriously amazing. Thank you to everyone working especially Melissa at the front desk. She is so sweet and honestly first place ever to call back and keep you updated with information about my appointment. Most places that take state insurance will say they'll call you back when there is an opening and that the last time you'll hear from them, but Melissa seriously went out of her way and kept me in the loop about my appointment and if there was an opening sooner then later. Definitely will be recommending this place to anyone and everyone I know needs help when it comes to hearing aid issues!

Very helpful. I usually go to the Denville office but needed a wire for my hearing aids that they didn't have so I went to the Hackettstown office. They have walk in hours between 1pm and 2pm. The audiologist saw me right away and got me what I needed and on my way. Note: the office is located on the 2nd floor.

The audiologist had me wait while she set up new hearing aids for me and then put them in my ears without informing me what she intended. I had received multiple communications regarding the 20% off/$500 trade in, when I questioned her about this she insisted that the amount she previously quoted was the best price and then waved a chart at me saying that the special didn't apply as we are long time customers. I have 45 years of accounting and want to see the numbers but she wouldn't allow that. I am very disappointed in the service and the hard sell tactics.

They only have an interesting in helping you if they can make money. I was a long time customer and my warranty expired. Hearing aid stopped working. I got the run down of different ways to fix/replace it and the various costs with no guarantees it will work, I left with my non functioning hearing aid. Went to Costco where the IMMEDIATELY fixed it. Took two minutes. NO CHARGE! I am now a life long Costco customer! Do what's right, Hearing Life!

I love hearing life it's very easy to get appts and it's close to my home. My audiologist Seraya is very compassionate and patient. You're in and out before you know it! The secretary is very kind And pleasant as well!! I give them 10 Stars!!
