Dr. Jillian Andersen and Shelly were fantastic. I utilized the walk-in appointment time from 1-2pm and they were so kind and able to fix my grandfather’s hearing aid in less than 15 minutes. Took the time to show me how to clean them, and booked a future appointment without him being a patient! Such a great experience. I would highly recommend them.

Jillian Anderson's a very thorough professional. She gave me a hearing exam and showed me the complete results with the options for rectifying my deficiencies. She was very courteous and a pleasant person to work with on my situation. Thank you.

Excellent service from excellent people. Shelly, the PCC, is knowledgeable and friendly, and Jillian Andersen is up to date, very efficient and very kind. These two women make navigating a fairly complex and sometimes a bit scary experience easy and comfortable. I’ll be back, I’ll stay with Hearing Life, and I am recommending my wife to get tested here, as well.

I’ve been interacted with this office in Greeley multiple times now over the past 3 years and always had a very positive experience. The ladies that work here are personable, knowledgeable, and very good at helping their clients, young and old, to feel comfortable and understand how to take better care of themselves and their hearing equipment. Being able to hear correctly makes a very large positive difference in the quality of life for their patients. I would happily recommend them.

Hearing life does a great job , I got my hearing aids quickly and they took their time to insure proper fitting. And when my aids wouldn't connect to my phone they readily jump on it and got it fixed. I highly recommend HearingLife.
